This Year’s Kicking AIDS Out Leader Level 2 training was conducted parallel with the Monitoring and Evaluation Seminar in Johannesburg South Africa from the 19th-23rd of October 2009

Schedule

09.00-17.00 Sessions

13 energetic women and 11 amazing men from 9 organisations and 11 countries in the Kicking AIDS Out Network learnt ways of facilitating, mentoring and how they contain a sensitive topic during facilitation. Images, stories and journaling were used extensively. Next door 13 sporty men and 10 vigorous women from 16 organisations and 16 countries in the Kicking AIDS Out Network developed methods for collection of quality data, learnt how to upload data, analyse our data and use the Kicking AIDS Out Database (intranet).

17.00-18.30 Volleyball, running or Soccer

19.00 Dinner

The sun was shining, the lightning kept us awake and the green grass kept green. During the activities and informal time stories, plans and problems were solved and shared. GREAT TIME OF INSPIRATION CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT TIME WE ALL MEET!
