Throughout the history of Kicking AIDS Out Network the organisations involved has recorded their activities and has stored these records in different ways.

The reports produced to donors/partners and potential supporters have been in different shapes and content.

In 2007 a steering committee was selected within the Kicking AIDS Out Network to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation tool/framework that could cover the core of what the Network is about. The idea was that reporting would be made easier and more effective and beneficial to all parties.  The Network was going to be enabled to produce data that could show progress and numbers measured over years.
